By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), or booking any of our services, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or book our services.1. General Use of the Site
You may use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All content, images, text, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Site are the property of MORE THAN A CITY BREAK or its partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written permission.2. Bookings and Payments
Bookings for our tours can be made through our online form. Once the form is completed, you will be redirected to PayGold to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the tour price. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of the tour before it begins. By making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to use the selected payment method.3. Cancellation and Changes
- Cancellations must be requested by WhatsApp to +34 601 862 289.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour.
- Changes of date may be requested (subject to availability) if made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
- Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
- Bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor, Airbnb Experiences) are subject to the policies of those third parties.4. Minimum Participants
All tours require a minimum of 3 participants to go ahead. If this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour or propose an alternative date. In such cases, customers will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.5. Cancellations by the Company
Tours may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions, force majeure events, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances such as illness of the tour coordinator. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or propose a new date for the tour.6. Conditions of Participation
Participants are responsible for wearing comfortable footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, and sun protection. Children under 5 years of age may join free of charge, although food and beverages for children are not included. By booking a tour, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate in walking and gastronomic activities.7. Other Services
For private events, real estate services, and city break experiences, our website only allows you to schedule a video call appointment. These services are subject to specific conditions and contracts, which will be provided on a case-by-case basis.8. Limitation of Liability
Participation in our tours is at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, illnesses, damages, losses, or expenses that may occur during or as a result of your participation, except where required by law. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, or medical issues.9. Governing Law
This Agreement is subject to the stipulations of the Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, 16th November, of Spanish Law, adapting the texts of the Consumer Protection Act and other complementary laws. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Spain.10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The terms applicable to your booking are those communicated to you at the time of reservation. Your continued use of the Site after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.11. Intellectual Property, Use of Site, and Liability1. Intellectual Property: All information, content, services, and software displayed on, transmitted through, or used in connection with this website (the “Site”) including, without limitation, text, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips, video, HTML, source and object code, trademarks, logos, graphics, symbols, designs, and any other materials (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the selection, arrangement, and presentation of such Content, are owned by More than a City Break, its affiliates, licensors, and/or suppliers. You are permitted to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including without limitation the reproduction, distribution, republication, display, modification, or creation of derivative works from the Content, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by More than a City Break. You may not, without prior written consent: - Reproduce, copy, or distribute the Content in any medium. - Incorporate the Content into any database, compilation, or archive. - Modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise create derivative works from the Content. - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessed through the Site. - Use data mining, scraping, or similar techniques on the Site. User-Provided Information and Content: By submitting information, content, or materials to the Site (collectively, “User-Provided Content”), you grant More than a City Break and its affiliates an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such User-Provided Content in any form or media for any purpose. You retain no ownership rights in the User-Provided Content once submitted.3. Transactions and Bookings: Bookings for experiences offered through the Site may be processed by third-party service providers. While we employ secure systems to protect your personal and payment information, More than a City Break cannot guarantee absolute security of online transactions and is not responsible for failures of third-party services. In the event of pricing errors, unavailability of a product or service, or discrepancies in product or service information, More than a City Break is not liable for any resulting damages or inconvenience.4. Communications with Third Parties: Any interaction or transaction with third parties through the Site (e.g., vendors, marketplaces, or partners) is solely between you and the third party. More than a City Break assumes no responsibility or liability for goods, services, content, or disputes arising from such interactions.5. General Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: All Content and services on the Site are provided “as is” and “as available.” More than a City Break, makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Content or services.
